The registered owner with ID and  proof of owner ship (Title with lien release)  might be able to get his PIN # for his VIN # from the Chrysler Dealer and probably get charged a fee to get , otherwise they expect you to go online buy a subscription, enter your NASTF lock smith ID and probably incur another fee to get your vehicle security information. It's utter Bullsh@t in the Guise of Security. I'ld rather North American Ground Apes sit in my old car for 10 minute security access and steal my car from the parking lot and I call the police and insurance company about my stolen car , then have my newer  running , Self braking car getting jacked from me at gunpoint at some corner and have someone calling an ambulance for me.
